"My daughter’s experience with South Burnett Equine Assisted Learning is one which, we have no doubt, she will remember forever. As we live out of town, we contacted Rachael to ask whether she might be able to accommodate us for a “one-off” session. Rachael took the time to ask me questions in order to establish my daughter’s strengths and areas of challenge, so as best to structure the session to meet our needs. What followed was an enriching, fun, educational and beautiful morning of memory-making: my daughter and her cousin Zoe had the most wonderful time. Despite an overcast morning and drizzling rain, Rachael and Peter couldn’t have made us feel more warmly welcomed. In the program itself, the girls learned about brushing and grooming, to posture and breathing, to riding the ponies, and connecting these learnings back to their own feelings and emotions.
